We ensure that best quality product or a service is delivered to our clients but in case you are not satisfied with the quality of the delivered products, you can contact us within 10 days of receipt of the goods and subsequently can claim for the refund or exchange. Our complete focus remains to serve our first time customers and providing quality after support as well. Our customers can ask for exchange of the product online or can ask for pick up via courier. 

While placing an order with us, our customers must understand that there may be little variation in terms of color which must be kept in mind. But even then our customers remain happy, they can ask for refund or exchange. The exchange and refund policies are subject to terms and conditions explained below:

  1. Once order is delivered to our customer, they have to intimate and ask for a refund or exchange within 10 days. We will not accept any refund and exchange request after 10 days of delivery of products.
  2. We promise to refund the money to the customer’s bank account or the credit card within 10 working days after acceptance of refund request.
  3. Goods must be in their original packaging and they must not be used. They must be unworn and unused and must be send along with their tags. Customer has to send a sealed package accompanied by our sales reference number and invoice. Customer also must not forget to mention their personal details such as name and address. You must write your order number on the top of the package and contact details on top of the package. 
  4. Customer must provide information clearly for whether they want a refund or exchange along with the package.
  5. Once goods are received by us at, our quality assurance team inspects those goods. They will have to make sure that goods are not used or worn. They will also perform check for the tags and original invoice.
  6. will only accept those goods for refund if we have send the wrong goods which do not meet your order and those goods which are accepted as faulty by us. 
  7. If our customers have availed any free gift, or free shipping charges or any other offer extended by us, we will make refund only after deducting price of the shipping charge or any other complementary gift provided.
  8. Customers will have to pay for postage and delivery charges if they want a refund of goods which are not faulty.
  9. There are special cases and circumstances where we don’t accept goods for exchange. These include goods which are stitched and altered.
