Most of the e-commerce companies take shipping or the delivery of the products very lightly which generally causes a delay in deliveries. We at commit ourselves to deliver products on time as our ultimate goal is to win new customers and make their shopping experience memorable across our platforms.

Where do we deliver our products?

We at give our best in order to ensure timely delivery of the customer orders. As we are the global eCommerce retailer, we already ship our products in UK, France and US, which gives us proximity to deliver products across Europe and the US to provide quality products across the globe. We have a dedicated team that is responsible to ensure the delivery of the goods within the promised time. We consistently evaluate our policy in order to eliminate any bottlenecks in our shipping and delivery policy.

Transit Duration/Dispatch time

With the help of our supply chain management team, we try to make sure that we deliver all the orders taken by us. Our focus remains to dispatch the products within 2 days of the order confirmation but it may take 5-8 days for the premium products to be dispatched from our warehouses. There may be some cases where delivery of the product may differ which are described below:

  • In case of stitched products, the delivery period extends by 3 to 5 working days. So, in total it takes us about 5-8 days for them to be dispatched from our stores.
  • The delivery of the product may get delayed in case there is a delay in the manufacturing of the goods from the supplier side.

Transit/Delivery charges

We deliver across the USA from our different warehouses depending upon the location where shipping needs to be done. Shipping charges vary from location to location. We generally charge $10 for shipping across the USA. But in case, the order is more than $150 there are no shipping charges applicable on those orders.

Delivery Address

For timely and accurate delivery of the products, we completely rely on the information provided to us by the customers. So, customers have to provide us accurate addresses while placing orders with us. Parcels are only sent to the delivery address provided by customers. We are not liable for any compensation in case goods are delivered at the wrong address provided by the buyer but we compensate our customers in cases where our carriers deliver products at wrong address i.e. address other than provided by the customer.

Signature Required

At the time of delivery of the product, customers are mandated to provide proof of delivery. Customers are advised to provide signatures on receipt of the delivery.

Order Tracking and Dispatch

We provide a unique tracking id or a reference number to our customers. Usually, tracking numbers are provided once our customers set up their accounts on our website. It generally takes us a few hours in order to generate tracking id which is provided to our customers via email. Our customer can track their orders with the help of tracking id online.

*For any delivery queries our customers can approach and contact our customer care cell or can send us an email. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery of the goods due to any delay from the carrier side or causes which may be unavoidable.
