We have made sure that our customers believe in us and our policies before they visit our website and shopping portal.
Cancellation policy can only be successful if the target policy is capable to fulfill its aims and we believe our customers can show full faith in our policies. But customers must understand that there are some constraints for us which must be followed in order to create a good shopping experience for them.
- As per our policy, we send a dispatch email to our customers after delivery of their order is initiated. We promise that we will fulfill any cancellation commitment if received before this dispatch email.
- If you will send us a cancellation request of your order after product dispatched then the order will not be cancelled but you can return that product and it will be under return policy.
